Straightforward, sincere, and honest—these are the hallmarks of the biodynamic wines produced by Fabien Demois. Raised among the vineyards of Cravant from an early age, he took over the family estate, founded more than 140 years ago, becoming the fifth generation of winegrowers in Chézelet. The property lies on the alluvial plain between the Vienne and the Loire, in Cravant-les- Côteaux, at the heart of the Chinon AOC, from which he produces this cuvée.
